CORPORATE OVERVIEW

Founded in 1954, R. B. Grove, Inc. is the oldest power equipment distributor in South Florida with exclusive
distribution rights throughout Florida and Caribbean.

DIVERSIFICATION OF PRODUCT

As an exclusive distributor for national and international manufacturers, Grove’s product offering includes engines
and generators for both the marine and industrial markets. They bring these products to market by maintaining a
close relationship with consulting engineers, contractors, OEMs and dealers throughout it’s expanded territory.

Industrial Sales are coordinated with consulting engineers, contractors and municipalities throughout southern
Florida. The Sales Engineering Team works closely with these customers in developing specifications for prime,
standby and emergency power systems utilizing diesel, gaseous and bi-fuel generator sets.

Marine Sales works with the full spectrum of power applications including generators to 95 kilowatts and
propulsion engines to 1200 horsepower. Within the marine industry, the company covers all aspects of generator
and engine sales to boat builders and dealers for both the pleasure and commercial/military markets.

Grove’s Service Department is unique within the industrial generator industry. The company’s focus is to service
what they sell and not competitor’s products. Through this practice, all technicians are factory trained on the
product they service as well as higher probabilities of having the critical components on their vehicles. The ultimate
goal of this focused approached is higher levels of customer service.

DIVERSIFICATION OF MARKET

Grove’s market extends from domestic sales in Florida to offshore sales throughout the Caribbean basin. The
customer base includes contractors, municipalities, OEMs, dealers and exporters. Broad market and product
diversification has established this well-balanced company as a leader in the power generation industry.
