After spending many frustrating hours with our tech department trying to duplicate and then trouble shoot the issue, we believe that we have finally been able to define the problem. (Depending on how you use the site, you may not experience any issues at all.)
The issue occurs when you do a search and only one item is returned by the search engine. For instance, if you search our site for a “045018” there is only one part that contains those numbers in it’s description, while if you search for a “045”, there are several hundred.
Assume then that you only have one item showing and you then change the quantity in order to buy it. If you then press the “BUY” button, you are fine and everything works as expected.
If, however, you hit the “ENTER” key on your keyboard, the part disappears off into cyberspace and short of deleting that sales order and starting over again, there is no way to then order that part number except entering it in the comment field.
The moral of this story is to always use the “BUY” button. Our programmers are working on a patch to fix the problem, but unfortunately haven’t given us a time frame for a fix for this.

- We have added a new feature to help speed up your purchasing process. If you already know the part numbers you need, you can now click on n the bottom of the page called "Add Items."
On this page you can add the part numbers and quantities and add them all when you are finished.
- Our software will no longer save your user name and password. If you want to take advantage of this feature, you can have your Internet Explorer Window save this information for you.
